The reserved rooms can be occupied from 3:00 PM and must be vacated by 10:30 AM on the day of departure. If you expect to arrive after 6:00 PM, please kindly inform the hotel reception in advance! If we do not receive prior notice of late arrival, the reservation will be canceled after 6:00 PM on the day of arrival.

If you wish to cancel a confirmed accommodation reservation, please always notify our hotel in writing – via email. The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 8 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made 7 days or fewer before arrival, a fee equivalent to 1 night's stay will be charged. In case of on-site cancellations, late arrivals, or early departures from the confirmed booking dates, 100% of the pre-booked and confirmed accommodation fee will be charged.
